We are currently sourcing packaging materials for our seafood products and would like to request a quotation and further information for the following items:
1. Polystyrene Oyster Trays
Tray Dimensions: ~300 mm (L) × 220 mm (W) × 40 mm (H)
Capacity: Fits 24 oysters per tray
Packing Requirement: Should fit 4 trays inside the following box:
Internal Box Dimensions: 340 mm (L) × 250 mm (W) × 210 mm (H)
External Box Dimensions: 380 mm (L) × 290 mm (W) × 250 mm (H)
Required Quantity: 6,417 units
2. Ice Pack Gel Bags (One-Time Use)
Sheet Dimensions: ~200 mm (L) × 150 mm (W) × 30 mm (H) (approx. 500g each)
Packing Requirement: Two sheets per box of the following dimensions:
Internal Box Dimensions: 340 mm (L) × 250 mm (W) × 210 mm (H)
External Box Dimensions: 380 mm (L) × 290 mm (W) × 250 mm (H)
Required Quantity: 3,210 units
3. PE Liner (Blue Polyethylene Bag)
Liner Dimensions: ~800 mm × 800 mm
Use: To line the inside of the same box mentioned above (internal size: 340×250×210 mm) with enough material for overwrap
Required Quantity: 1,605 units
