The Atlantic Synchro Dosing System is one of the most reliable liquid dosing systems in the industry and comes with an auto-synchronization technology for output dose regulation depending on the flow of the concrete conveying system deployed. Additionally, dosing automatically begins and ends with the feeding machine. The superior built quality ensures durable extended operations with most materials and machines. Atlantic Synchro Dosing System is equipped with a manometer and frequency convertor along with a suction hose and a smart display control system. Powered by an electric motor drive, the dosing unit can generate air conveying pressure of 7 bar and a maximum of 8.5 bar pressure in case of water. It can handle maximum liquid viscosity of 200 mPas with up to 60 m horizontal conveying distance.
