1. DESIGN The Designers prepare the design, layouts, presentations, specifications and finishing schedule as per the Client's requirements / satisfaction. 2. Q.S & PROCUREMENT Once the design is completed by the Design Department, the full package is handed over to the Estimation for preparing detailed priced Bill of quantity. On completion of this process, the same will be submitted to the management for approval. In turn a technical and financial offer will be submitted to the Client, which includes design, specification, concept drawings, priced Bill of Quantity and programme of work. 3. SETTING OUT JCMI has its our own in-house design team to cater to the needs of our clients, with both Manual and Computer Aided Design (CAD) facilities. We can produce complete workshop drawings to the finest details in joinery. This team is well versed in preparation of cutting list for the workshop requirement. We also manufacture, according to clients' design specification, and standards. J.C. Maclean International is fully equipped with latest integral machine linked computers and plotters for setting-out control. Our team is equipped with state of art Laser measurement equipment for the final site measurement requirement and pre-production engineering. 4. CONTRACTS All the contractual matters will be under this department from the signing of contract up to completion of the project.
