In 1978 RMP Bearings Co. was established.In 1983 Special type of Textile Bearings production was started. In just 1 year of installation.(In 1984) Bearings were approved by Textile giant Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd. Coimbatore.In 1986 Clutch release bearing & Single Raw Deep Groove Ball Bearings were developed, for Auto OE industries. In next decade RMP started to supply auto bearings to Auto industries. As one after another to its OE supplier.RMP was the first company in India to manufacture sheet metal yokes (6-8 mm) for Universal Joint Steering Columns, for Hyundai Motor through Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd. Clutch Release Bearings, Angular contact bearing, Self alignment bearing, Radial ball bearing, Steering Races & cages, Strut Bearings, Steering Column Bearings, Needle Bearings, Textile Bearings, Steering Yokes, Automobile & Textile Components.
