The radial and axial clearance can be adjusted during mounting or working, and also can be interference mounted to crease stiffness. The clearance has great influence on bearing performance. Tapered roller bearings are widely used in rear axle hubs of automotives, large machine tool spindles, large power decelerators, roller wheels of feed ways.
