FIREMAN GLOVES CHIBA 61104 RESCUE II Palm and backhand are made out of a special fire-resistant cow nappa leather, making the glove longlasting and giving a high cut resistance and abrasion. The split leather gauntlet is adjustable and delivers together with the elastic wrist part a perfect fitting. For additional protection, this glove features a knuckle protector and a breathable, waterproof bloodborne pathogen proof insert. Sizes: 7 – 13 Finger glove made of hydrophobic, heat-resistant cowhide nappa leather with split leather cuff (adjustable by a strap with Velcro). The cuff is sewn with a yellow, flame-resistant, 50 mm reflective stripe. Inner glove made of 100% Twaron. All seams are done with a Kevlar thread. Limitations: For special firefighting (entering fire or fire approach) other, special gloves (e.g according to EN 1486) are required. After mechanical or thermal stress the glove has to be checked for damage. Superficial damage by abrasion, sharp or edged objects, by heat and high pollution affect the protective effect. Protective gloves with such or similar damages have to be sorted out.
