Mohamed is an Egyptian advocate, currently practicing in UAE as a Legal Consultant in Dubai. Mohamed has 14 years of experience in private practice with Egypt and GCC local law firms and as In –house Legal Manger with DAMAC Properties LLC for more than three years, where he has successfully managed various Real Estate and Construction Disputes, Arbitration, Labor, and Criminal cases.

Also, Ghanem has demonstrated success in companies structuring and in preparation of JVs, MOUs, general legal advising, outside counsels’ management and corporate due diligence reports; possessing sound exposure to the Corporate Law Governance and Compliance.
